Back in early April I had the chance to interview a Turkish Graffiti gang known as the OS96 Crew. I followed them all over Istanbul as they “bombed” various areas across the city.
They took me to an abandoned granary where we conducted the interview on the rooftop
They painted under one of the most famous bridges in Istanbul with dozens of people walking around them, oblivious as to what they were doing
They got caught by undercover police
And moreThis was one of the most fun things that I’ve shot to date and no doubt challenged me as an interviewer and a story teller.
